EVALUATING OPERATIONAL HEALTH

I conduct objective, deep-dive health checks of non-profits on behalf of both frontline organisations and funders:

  • For Frontline organisations: I review the operational health of your core functions (including income generation, service delivery, and monitoring and evaluation) and provide practical recommendations for improvement.

  • For Funders: I conduct rigorous due diligence assessments on prospective partners so you can invest in them with complete confidence.

I partner with non-profit leaders on a journey of self-discovery and professional growth. Taking a person-centred approach, I believe you are the ultimate expert in your own life and work.

My role is to help you unlock that innate expertise to find your own solutions and develop greater self-awareness.

My practice has been developed through an MSc in Psychology and a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School.
